Midtown Atlanta
Midtown Atlanta is the second largest business district in Atlanta, Georgia. Midtown is located between downtown Atlanta, the first largest business district, and Buckhead Atlanta, the third largest business district.
Located north of downtown, midtown Atlanta offers tons of things to do in this one area. With 150+ restaurants, 300+ acres of parks and green space, art museums, shopping, events and festivals and more, you can easily spend an entire day or even a few days exploring this Atlanta area alone.
For getting around the Atlanta midtown area, you can walk to many destinations nestled closed together. In some cases, you may need transportation. Just like the downtown Atlanta area, you can use MARTA, the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority public transit system, to get around without your car or the need to drive in the city yourself. The city drivers can be a little cray cray if you are not used to driving in the city.
